Manufacturing machinery supplier Headland has opened a new facility in Rydalmere to better service its New South Wales customer base.
The new premises includes a showroom, training facilities and offices.
The training area offers a new KUKA Robot training cell and associated facilities for customers who have invested in one of the robots.
The new Rydalmere facility joins the company’s other quarters in Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.
Establised in 1949, Headland has reportedly launched the new premises in a bid to reinforce its commitment to the industry and local manufacturing community.
Headland is well-known for supplying KUKA robots in Australia.
Germany-based KUKA is one of the world’s largest industrial robotics suppliers. The company claims to have launched the first ever first PC-based controller in 1996.
